Photo-0013It’s so windy outside… and I’m cold but I can’t close the window because my brother smokes excessively and it bothers my lungskao07.

I slept in yesterday, but decided I should got out anyways.  I think my main reason was for food… but I ended up going to Kinokuniya as my first stop instead… which probably was not a good choice….

I went there to get some fashion magazines or art books.  I wasn’t expecting much from the magazines, because I browsed the websites and usually November Issues are all out by now. A lot of the Nov gifts were not to my liking, because they all seem to have a weird animal print (I don’t like animal print clothing/things, but I like animals).  To my surprise a few of the October issues were still there, and those had gifts I wanted… so I ended up with $50 worth of magazines…

I have never paid that much before, usually my regular magazine buys round up to $25 or so. I ended up buying magazines I usually don’t read, just to get the gift inside (horriblekao03).  I’m content though, because I got my gifts (new wallet as one, and I have been looking for a wallet since summer), and I have material for ideas.

Photo-0022After I went to get my food (finally), but ended up just buying snacks for school, Halloween candy, and bath powder because it was on sale.  I was going to buy Curry Pan, but there was a salary man that kept standing at the door so it kind of creeped me out… so I went elsewhere to get food.

In the process of walking to Nijiya, I was stopped by a woman who didn’t seem homeless at all, but asked for money because apparently she’s been on the street for a week.  She asked for $7 so she could go to subway, and the bad thing was I had exactly $7 in cash.  I only gave her $5 (that’s so much still isn’t it?), because I still needed money for the metro.

I felt bad, and I was in an awkward situation because she stopped me by calling me from a distance (thus me thinking she might be lost) so I stopped and waited for her…

Sometimes I think I’m slow, because when I think about it now – I could have simply told her I didn’t understand English…

IwishididthisinsteadOh well, a good deed done. Sometimes I think I’m too nicekao09

DSCN3813I ended up having to use my debit, which I didn’t want to do.. so I bought cheap dinner.

Yakisoba pan was eh.  The soda wasn’t bad… I think I prefer the tea or water better.  The soda had a weird almost alcohol taste at first.. but the after taste was peachy and nice.

While browsing one of the magazines I bought, I noticed…

Fawns!

I love fawns… these are probably out now, but after browsing October’s issue of KERA, Angelic Pretty and Innocent world have fawn prints.  AP is my favorite lolita brand, but I kind of like the vintage -earthy feel of Innocent World’s print.

I am totally going to insert fawns in my design project some how now…

Also, this sticker came with the halloween candy. Doesn’t it make you happy? haha.
